Digital Red will remain open throughout the Coronavirus COVID-19 emergency

Having worked from home for the last 22 years anyway, working from home during the COVID-19 Coronavirus public health emergency brings technically little change to a regular remote-working day.  Telephone and remote technical support remains available as usual.

Digital Red will be open and able to provide technical support and advice throughout the coronavirus emergency period in the normal way, and even under Tier 4 restrictions if an on-site visit is necessary, we can still do that: using masks, washing hands and keeping our distance.

Christmas opening hours

Call 020 3411 4445 with your emergency tech support problems, if you need help setting up your child’s new phone or laptop, or if you can’t get your new gadget going.  Telephone, email and remote control technical support will available on Christmas Day itself too.

Temporary revised working hours

As Daniel is assisting some elderly ‘shielding’ neighbours with errands and their grocery shopping, he will be out and therefore unavailable from 15:00 on Tuesdays and Saturdays

Printing help for those working and studying from home

If you live in Ruislip Manor and don’t have a printer at home, email over anything that you need printing and Daniel will print it, put it into an envelope, and post it through your door either the same day, or by 8am the following morning – at no charge, existing customers or not.
