F1 and WEC race dates

Toyota

Sometimes people think I’m kidding when I say that I will endeavour to help them any time day or night, except during a WEC or F1 race.  I’m not!

I work normal hours between 9am and 5.30pm, but recognise that not everyone does.  If you’re working late, or over a bank holiday weekend and something goes wrong that means you need my help, I’ll do my best to provide it.  I’m not always by a computer, but I’m rarely far from one.

Qualifying and race times for Formula One and FIA World Endurance Championship races excluded.  Yes, the world stops for those things – and anyone who doesn’t stop with them, sorry!

F1 & FIA WEC race times (ie, when not to call)

You can use this calendar as a guide of when not to call.  Really, I won’t answer, even if you’re calling to tell me that my house is on fire.

How long are the races?

F1 races are usually about 1hr 45mins long, and WEC races are 6hrs long (except for Le Mans in June, which is obviously 24hrs long). How can I watch a race for 6hrs?  Well… when the racing is as good as the clip below, I don’t understand why you don’t watch it!
