Desktop Workstation For my two main PCs, I run Microsoft Windows XP Professional on one, and Windows Vista Business on the other. Both use Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium for coding and Xara Xtreme Pro for all graphics work. The PCs have 2GB of RAM and dual core AMD Athlon 64 processors. Although I am right handed, I prefer to use the mouse in my left hand! |
 EmailI prefer and recommend that people use IMAP for their email because it means that they can access the same email on more than one PC and via the web wherever they are. The new Roundcube webmail system runs on the server to give web access to your email, and both Mozilla Thunderbird and Microsoft Office Outlook (both 2003 and 2007) have good IMAP features. |
